Koso4d Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules

1Introduction & Scope of Terms

Welcome to koso4d. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") is a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and koso4d ("Company", "we", or "koso4d") governing your use of the online entertainment platform at koso4d.ws and all related services.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the koso4d platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the koso4d platform immediately.

These terms govern the use of all koso4d products and services, including but not limited to: slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, cricket, virtual sports, live matches, poker, popular games, and all promotions or bonuses offered by koso4d from time to time.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the koso4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
• Not listed on koso4d's self-exclusion register or any recognised gambling exclusion programme.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or corporate entity without written authorisation from koso4d.
• Not using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

Koso4d takes the protection of children and young people seriously. If we detect that a member under the age of 18 has registered, the account will be terminated immediately and all associated funds will be surrendered to the relevant authorities.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Registering a koso4d account is free. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at koso4d at any given time. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• Using another member's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Registering a new account after a previous account has been suspended or terminated by koso4d.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Koso4d may require you to submit identity verification ("KYC") documents before processing your first withdrawal or when otherwise required. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, a recent bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents.

4Deposits & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

Koso4d supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Koso4d does not accept cash deposits, third-party transfers, or payments made on behalf of another person.
• All amounts on the koso4d platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
• Koso4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges.

5Fund Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Koso4d is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by koso4d.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Daily maximum: RM100,000 (subject to review)
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes for e-wallets; 1–3 business days for bank transfers
• Weekly limit: RM500,000 (upgradeable for VIP members)

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before making a withdrawal, members must have fulfilled the following requirements:

• Email verification has been completed.
• KYC (if requested) has been successfully completed.
• The wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met in full.
• No active investigations relating to the player's account.

6Bonus & Promotions Policy

6.1 Bonus Claims

All koso4d bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements as stated in their respective bonus terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x, depending on the bonus type.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be used on excluded games (as specified in the relevant bonus terms).
• Koso4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse or suspected fraud is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Winnings from free spins are typically capped at a maximum of RM500, or as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6.3 Limited-Time Promotions

Koso4d limited-time promotions carry a clear expiry date. koso4d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including technical errors or misuse.

7Game Rules

7.1 Available Games

Koso4d offers a wide range of game categories including online slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), cricket, virtual sports, live matches, poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, MTT), and many other popular games.

7.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on koso4d are final once the relevant round or match has concluded. koso4d is not liable for any errors caused by a player's internet connection issues. In the event of a technical failure on koso4d's end, affected bets will be voided and funds returned.

7.3 Sports Results

For Sports Betting, koso4d uses official data sources and recognised sports results providers as references. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, koso4d reserves the right to refer to the relevant sports governing body for a final resolution.

8Player Conduct

All koso4d members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games such as Poker.
• Fraud, forgery, or any deceptive conduct directed at koso4d or other players.
• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at staff or other players through the chat function.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs within the platform for unfair advantage.
• Bonus arbitrage or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers.

Koso4d employs advanced detection systems to identify suspicious behaviour. Violations of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account termination.

9Account Security

9.1 Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your koso4d account password and login credentials. koso4d recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password for your koso4d account.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Report any suspicious activity to koso4d support immediately.

10Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by Member

You may close your koso4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, please ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

10.2 Suspension by koso4d

Koso4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is suspected referral abuse or fraud.
• Breach of any provision under these Terms.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Member is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Any account showing no activity (login, deposit, or wagering) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as "inactive," and koso4d reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of RM5 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero.

11Responsible Gaming

Koso4d is committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment and must always remain that way. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gameplay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit per round.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend access to your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop playing altogether.

12Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, koso4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the koso4d platform.
• Service failures or disruptions caused by factors beyond koso4d's control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Game or betting outcomes arising from inaccurate information obtained from external sources.

Koso4d's maximum liability for any individual claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding that claim.

13Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the koso4d platform, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1: Contact koso4d customer support via live chat or email support@koso4d.ws and describe your complaint in detail.
2. Step 2: koso4d will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and investigate it within 5 business days.
3. Step 3: An initial decision will be communicated to you. If you are not satisfied, you may request an escalated review within 14 days.
4. Step 4: High-level review decisions issued by koso4d management are final and binding.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to binding arbitration.

14Amendments to Terms & Other Provisions

14.1 Right to Amend

Koso4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. For material changes (those that significantly affect the rights or obligations of members), koso4d will provide at least 7 days before the changes take effect, via email or in-platform notification.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with koso4d's Privacy Policy and our responsible gaming policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and koso4d regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
